Did you know that not all healthcare providers are equal? Some facilities offer higher standards of care and have fewer provider errors or resulting complications. Risas wants to ensure that our expecting teammates are receiving the best care possible with the lowest risk for complications, which in turn keeps healthcare costs lower for Risas and our teammates. To help our expecting teammates make an informed decision, we used independent, third-party organizations to score providers on factors such as quality outcomes and lack of provider errors. Risas then selected several four-star healthcare providers from each of our markets that we would like to recommend to any teammate, spouse, or dependent who is expecting. We encourage you to speak with your OBGYN to arrange delivery at the preferred facilities. As an incentive, Risas will be offering a year’s supply of diapers and wipes for your little one when you use a preferred facility to deliver your baby.
