Insurance

Medical Insurance

Risas offers coverage through United Medical Resource (UMR), a subsidiary of United Healthcare. All full-time teammates, their legally married spouse, and children are eligible to enroll in medical coverage. To view the current pricing of plans please view the Benefit Guide on the ADP homepage.

Dental Insurance

Risas offers our teammates, their spouse, and their children free dental care including regular checkups, cleanings, X-rays, and braces. Fees associated with oral surgery and Risas Kids are offered at a discounted rate. Teammates must have  completed 90 days of employment and work over 30 hours a week to be eligible.

Vision Insurance

Risas offers quality vision care for all teammates, their spouse, and children through EyeMed. The vision insurance includes discounts on Lasik, additional glasses, nonprescription, and hearing care. Additional information can be found online EyeMed.com.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Risas provides life insurance and AD&D coverage for teammates at one (1) times your annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000. Risas pays for the full cost of this benefit—you are not responsible for paying any monthly premiums.

Long Term Disability Insurance

Eligible teammates are automatically enrolled for LTD coverage with a maximum benefit of 60% of your pay up to $10,000 per month after a 90-day elimination period. Risas pays for the full cost of long-term disability insurance—meaning that you owe nothing out of pocket

Short Term Disability

Risas is offering the opportunity for eligible teammates to enroll in Voluntary Short-Term Disability insurance through Unum. In the event you become disabled from a non-work-related injury or sickness, disability income protection benefits are provided as a source of income. Disability benefits protect your paycheck and replace a portion of your income if an injury or illness forces you out of work for an extended period of time

After a year of employment Risas matches 100% up to 3% of eligible pay, plus 50% match for additional 2%. Maximize with 5% contribution.

Tuition Assistance

In order to be eligible to take advantage of this one time benefit (employees are allowed a maximum of $3,000 for the duration of their employment), you must be employed with Risas for one year, be full time, and you cannot have received discipline in the last six months. To enroll in  the program simply visit The Risas Way and search “tuition” to access the required forms or ask your Pacesetter to print them from the ADP homepage. Your application and letter of intent to stay (you must stay employed full time with Risas for one year after completing your final class)

Time Off & Leave

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Available to all full-time teammates after completing 90-day probationary period. Use your time to recharge and relax.
